As a workaround i started to set a CPU Monitoring and let the process recycle when he reach a limit of 80%

Planned was to install the latest OS Patches + SP2 for WSS and MOSS. everything went fine — exept:

The start address <http://ssol-emea.spx.com> cannot be crawled.

Context: Application ‘SharedServices1′, Catalog ‘Portal_Content’

What a nice Error! The solution for our system was providet by Sandeep Lad in the MS Technet:

1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
2. In Registry Editor, locate and then click the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa
3. Right-click Lsa, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
4. Type DisableLoopbackCheck, and then press ENTER.
5. Right-click DisableLoopbackCheck, and then click Modify.
6. In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.
7. Quit Registry Editor, and then restart your computer.

First look was in the “Central Administration” – “Timer Job Status”. There was a job called “Immediate Alerts” with Status “initiate”, this status dosnt changed. So looks like this is the problem. But there is no possibility to stop this job in the CA.

The Answer is the following command, run it on the Frontendserver and wait until the job is started again:

When the user try to save he got the following Error:

I remember that i moved the site to a new location some month ago, so the firts suggestion was to check all used links.

And there was also where the Error comes from:

Changes on these folder was not possible, so i created them new & delete the old ones.

After this everything works as exepted!

• open Firefox and navigate to: about:config
  
• a warning will pop up – press ok
• search for network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris
• double click & insert your URI: example.com
• Restart Firefox

Weiter gehts im SPDesigner, hier öffnen wir als erstes die Seite auf der wir das Eingabeformular benötigen:

1. Klickt auf die Webpartzone in der das Formular erscheinen soll
2. Im Menü wählen wir “Datenansicht” – “Datenansicht einfügen”
   
3. In der Webpazone erscheint der folgende Text:
   
4. Ein Klick darauf leitet uns zur Datenquellbibliothek weiter, dort suchen wir nach unserer im ersten Teil angelegten Feedbackliste & klicken auf “Daten anzeigen”
   
5. In dem sich darauf öffnenden Fenster, sieht man nun sämtliche Felder der Liste. Dort suchen wir nach unserem angelegt “Feedbackfeld” dieses einfach durch Klick markieren und dann über das Menü “Ausgewählte Felder einfügen als…” – “Formular für neuen Eintrag” einfügen.
   
6. Nun haben wir unser Form in einer Basisversion fertig:
   

   Man kann jetzt nach Belieben formatieren etc., Danach abspeichern – fertig!

Alle geposteten Feedbacks werden in der SharePointliste gespeichert. Mit dieser kann nach belieben weitergearbeitet werden, zu empfehlen wäre evtl. ein Alert einzurichten um über neue Posts informiert zu werden!
